PhotoCraft.digital is an independently operated website that hosts a customized browser build of PhotoCraft; it is not the official PhotoCraft website. PhotoCraft is a free, open-source image editor written in Rust and associated with ArtCraft and its community. The upstream source, license information and release history live in the PhotoCraft GitHub repository at storytold/photocraft. This website is independently operated; it does not represent ArtCraft or Adobe, and PhotoCraft is not an Adobe product.

The browser editor on this site is a customized build of the pinned upstream v0.10.0 web release. The customization removes the welcome and About promotion entries (Discord invites and external project link rows) and nothing else; the original release archive and the customized build are checksummed separately, and the hashes are recorded in the vendor manifest. Development may have moved past this pinned version — the GitHub release history lists newer releases.

The desktop packages on the download page are unmodified upstream files from the same v0.10.0 release, mirrored here and verified against the official SHA-256 checksums. Additional formats (deb, rpm, flatpak, tar.gz, FreeBSD, CLI) are only linked to upstream GitHub; they are not mirrored or verified by this site.

Licensing: PhotoCraft is dual-licensed under MIT OR Apache-2.0. The full license texts are on our licenses page, and the sample images and screenshots used on this site carry their own provenance records in the asset manifest.
